For example: when you purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

If you have bought work by Katharine Morling at the Royal Academy Summer exhibition, they will have sent us details relating to your purchase so that we can fulfill our contractual obligations to you. The information gathered here will be kept confidential and in line with Katharine Morling’s privacy policy.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal ground for processing your personal data, other than in relation to sending marketing communications to you via email. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by emailing us
